The pussyapk Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from any person under the age of 21. Age verification is performed as part of the KYC process prior to activation of full account functionality.
If we become aware that Personal Data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the associated account, void any transactions, and securely delete the relevant Personal Data in accordance with our data disposal procedures. Any deposited funds belonging to an underage account holder will be returned via the original payment method following verification.
In the course of providing our services, your Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Malaysia, including by our IT infrastructure partners and KYC service providers. Where such transfers occur, pussyapk ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your Personal Data, including contractual clauses requiring receiving parties to apply data protection standards equivalent to those applicable in Malaysia.
