To register for and use a pussyapk Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Each User may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile telephone number. You must also create a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
pussyapk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your Malaysian MyKad or passport, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must notify pussyapk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. pussyapk will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified. pussyapk does not charge fees for deposits made via Approved Payment Methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Deposits may be made through any of the following Approved Payment Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, RHB Now, and Hong Leong Connect.
The minimum single deposit amount is RM 50. pussyapk reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
Users may set voluntary deposit limits on their Account as part of our responsible gambling framework. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours for daily limits, 7 days for weekly limits, and 30 days for monthly limits. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.
pussyapk is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Indicative processing times are as follows: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay — typically under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX — typically 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank transfer — typically 15 to 60 minutes. pussyapk offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits and bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Certain game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirement fulfilment — typically, slots contribute 100%, while live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.
pussyapk actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk hedging strategies solely to clear wagering requirements, or collusion between multiple accounts. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses and associated winnings voided.
All games available on the pussyapk Platform are operated with random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently of player history, bet size, or account status. pussyapk does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player.
In the event of a technical disconnection during a game round, the Platform will complete the round according to the applicable game rules and any winings will be credited to your account automatically. pussyapk is not liable for losses resulting from interruptions to your internet connection, device failure, or other circumstances outside the Platform's reasonable control.
In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects game integrity, pussyapk reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the player. Any winnings generated from a demonstrably malfunctioning game will not be honoured.
Sports betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other events — are subject to their own specific market rules, which are published within the sportsbook section. In-play bets accepted after the relevant event has concluded will be voided. pussyapk reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or revise odds in cases of obvious pricing errors.

pussyapk's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pussyapk makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or its content.
pussyapk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon legitimate account closure, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Balance is non-refundable upon account closure.
pussyapk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.
